Electric Loop
Dev concept:
- Concentration, maintain a current loop between yourself and target
- Range is based on your Lightning skill
- Damage is based on current distance--higher is more (1x nominal per square?)
- Pay mana and concentrate to maintain each round, regardless of distance
- If anyone gets in the way, they become the target (higher level variant: multiple targets all take damage)
- Rewards skill and positioning with lots of low-cost damage
